I haven't been able to enter any matches after not having played for a couple days. I was able to play before the Angel City update. Tried playing today, but I get into an infinite 'searching for match' loop. Plenty of people playing I believe, and the loop lasts for more than 30 minutes. Never had any trouble finding a game before. Here's a screenshot: . Not to brag, but my performance in-game is quite high. Could this be a ban..? I'm told the game would notify me if that were the case. Any suggestions to fix this issue? I've tried:- disabling the networks that I'm not using already. - changing network priority to higher values.- repairing origin game files.- restarting Titanfall 2, Origin and my PC, including ending the processes with task manager. - reinstalling Titanfall 2. - logging in from a different PC and IP where other accounts do work, no success.

Yes, the issue is apparently account-bound and is not caused by a specific network error. It occurs on my own network, one of my friend's network and the guys from support also ran into the problem with my account. Haven't heard anything so far, but it hasn't been that long. I'll post an update when I know more.

@HARAMBExWINSTON Currently there is a specialist working on my case personally. I've contacted EA support by requesting them to call me. We verified the account was mine, and he should now be on it, trying to reproduce and solve the problem. I'll let you guys know if I know anything new.

@jdkelly156 Yeah, the specialist is still working on my case. He should be reproducing the problem on my account as we speak while looking for a solution. It's definitely account related, so things like reinstalling the game, opening ports and resetting your router are very unlikely to fix this problem (I'm assuming those are the kinds of suggestions you'd be getting the first time you contact support with this issue, since those were suggestions I was given initially). I'll post any updates I receive here. It might take a while.

I contacted EA support by phone and got redirected to a specialist.
The specialist redirected my issue to the Studio.
The studio fixed the problem.

Unfortunately the final reply didn't give any details, so if you guys still have the problem you might have to open a support ticket yourselves and refer to my case.

I'm hopping back into the battlefield to release all this pent up bloodlust :3
