I was looking for Apu's Apartment, which I think costs 160 donuts, but I can't seem to find it anywhere, is it still available?

To be fair, that issue varies greatly from player to player. It all depends on your donut-generating capabilities (or your willingness to buy them) and how many potential mystery box items you already have. Beyond that, it is a mystery box. The element of chance is something you implicitly agree to when you purchase a box.- This is the first event where I’ve been able to pick up every mystery box at once and not have to worry about landing a dud at the expense of what I most wanted. (FYI Apu’s apartment was the last box I got)

It really is, 'cause they turn out not to be duds most of the time. Everything I picked up in this event's box improved other parts of my town in ways I wouldn't otherwise have thought of. Patches & Poor Violet and Ling Bouvier though... meh.
