I'm confused. How do we get the tokens? I don't see any on the event prize track but there's another track where the first prize is 5 tokens. How do we get that prize? Do we have to actually buy donuts with real cash? Maybe the answer is blindingly obvious but I'm missing it.
Yes you have to buy donuts with real cash. They have done this for the last few Black Friday events.- This is the first prize of the Black Friday and its very small.

I'm on IOS. Try closing the game, reinstall or try switching device on and off as sometimes these options work.- I got 46 items in the gold mystery box including the donut factory and CostMo and I still got the free token. I'm debating whether or not to get more tokens from the store. I wonder if EA seen what I said in the "What do you want for thanksgiving/Black Friday?" post.

I’ve done that and still no joy- If anyone has got other towns it’s a a good idea you don’t log out as you might not be able to get in as origin is down.
