Crashing.
I had this issue recently. It was caused by too many decorations. How decorated is your town? How many snake logs/stumps/rocks/speakers? Have you logged in today to collect rent and complete task...

Hmm. My computer is an Intel I7 2.4GHz machine with 16GB Ram, 2GB Video memory and a hybrid hard drive. It's extremely powerful and fast yet it still can't load my town in Bluestacks. It gets past the initial loading screen and then it starts to draw my town but faded out before crashing. It would make sense that it's over-landscaping though as I added probably 300-400 new landscape items today. Too bad.
