I had this issue recently. It was caused by too many decorations. How decorated is your town? How many snake logs/stumps/rocks/speakers? Have you logged in today to collect rent and complete task...

Just tried upping the memory limit in Bluestacks to 3000 and to 5000 and it's still crashing at the same point (although it seems to be getting there faster). I may have to borrow someone's iOS device tomorrow for a few minutes and put some of my things into inventory. It's too bad that EA can't make this game stable.
