- I spent 85 donuts to get the Sleap-Eazy, but I mean it sucks cuz I could have easily gotten it this had I known it was extended, to me it wasn't that big a deal, oh well.
- Some people on this forum seriously.

Where else should they go to complain? Even EA customer support sends them here.- Seriously why is everyone *, you spent the money on your own. Get over it. No one pulled your arm to do it so live with your decision.
Sick and tired about hear about bla bla bla EA is so cheap...its a game, dont like it, dont play it.
I managed to get over 15000 snakes a week before the deadline without spending a SINGLE donut. Excruciator69 wrote:
I don't get how having free will to spend donuts makes EA's decision to keep the extension a secret somehow acceptable. Oh I know why, because it isn't acceptable.
It's * backwards if you think about it for longer than two seconds: EA is willing to * people off that will spend real money (that they ultimately did not need to spend) at the last second to gain limited time items and are willing to appease people with an extension that were NOT prepared to spend real money on the game.
In what world does that make a shred of sense?
No question: good faith and fair business would be to announce the extension several days in advance.
They aren't really appeasing anyone, think about it. They are giving us two different end dates. There was a mad rush to get donuts once, there will be another one on the 16th. I'm talking about the people that weren't finished, but were still too far away to afford the large amount of donuts to finish on the 9th.Excruciator69 wrote:

EA doesnt care about you once you buy your donuts. They want to make the people who havent paid yet happy so that they keep playing and eventually spend money.
I agree, though, it was a d1ck move they pulled.sherryt07 wrote:
How do you get to the options screen, this would have saved me a lot of donuts.RotaryRex wrote:
Accidental donut spending can be easily avoided by turning on confirm donut spend in the games in game menu I did it months ago never had a single accidental donut spend since, there really is no need to complain about when EA (and yes this surprises me from EA) have put an option in the game to avoid you accidentally spending donuts and dropping more $$$ in to EA pockets.
They made it easy to accidentally turn it off though.
Notice the check mark area is really close to the cancel.
And here is the result, if you don't notice you tapped the check mark.
Edit.... Default is off. Why the "do not warn me" option, if people have to physically go into the menu to turn it on. I would think you would only add a "do not warn me" if the default was on.KM580-BK- wrote:

It's the little "i" in the buy menu.- HCoin welcome to the forum.
I appreciate you sharing your feelings, point of view and opinion on this matter, but you should not criticize those that are sharing their own opinions. The reason you see many complaining about this is because it is a BIG DEAL. We feel betrayed, hurt and straight out lied to. EA made a point to have an end date of 5/9 and us loyal players believed that to be true. Why wouldn't we? Many of us maybe did not have the luxury of time or friends or luck of finding snakes to whack like you did. Congratulations on accomplishing it.
The problem here is many of us believe we would have finished whacking 12,500 snakes to get the Motel if we did have an extra week. But being that EA said it ended on 5/9 us loyal hard working players after whacking as many snakes as we could before midnight decided to use donuts to purchase. We would have been fine with it.....but then EA on 5/10 decides to extend until 5/16.
This is why we are pissed and venting here. I know for sure I would have made 12,500 snakes by 5/16. The point is, EA was not honest with us which forced us to use Donuts when we did not have too. I don't know about you but I sure don't like being lied to! Hence we all feel like we deserve a refund or an acknowlegment of somekind. - I am actually surprised at the people on here accusing other players of being lazy or entitled because of this issue. . . .
Even if you don't empathize, you don't have to insult anyone!
