It's in the shop to buy for 30 donuts. Is it there for everyone? I'm hoping they haven't looked at my ticket yet.
I was able to get in the game on Christmas and received the Duff Tree, but my wife couldn't and she has the option to purchase it for 30 donuts. So, if I understand this correctly, people who could not get on the server on Christmas received 10 or so donuts if they contact EA and it will only cost these poor souls 20 more donuts for the free item they should have received for free?
