It's not that this is a must have item as much as a matter of principle it was free if you could log in and those who fell foul of the technical problems EA were having shouldn't be penalised anymore than they have been for missing nearly two days of play I've opened a ticket and will see what ensues
I managed to log in for about 10 seconds before it booted me out. I got the Duffman task and managed to get in for another 10 seconds later on Christmas Day when I completed it. No beer tree. I've raised a ticket too. Let us know how you get on.
