O...kay. I hope you realize that's a failure on your end though. EA can't be blamed for your phone issues. Besides, if it was easy to get every single prize in an event, there would be no challenge, the prizes wouldn't be as special, and it would get really boring really fast *cough*Clash of Clans*cough*
I agree this event was a bit too tight though. Hopefully the next one is a bit easier, but doesn't drag on for as long as the CoC.
