Failed BB8 LSB Purchase

Hi.  I attempted to buy the BB8 LSB but received an error message.  I did not receive crystals or the characters and the bundle no longer shows up for purchase in game on either iOS or PC or on the webstore.  Please help!  Ally Code 444-771-885.  Thank you!

    Yes, thank you!  After several tries, the purchase eventually went through later in the day.  I should have replied to or deleted my original post.  Sorry and thank you again!
