gift voucher

I'm talking about the gift vouchers I got from the gnome

I don't see in the game where to turn them in. the only m box I see is under the donuts tad

ITunes? Android? Kindle?

use them to buy mystery gift boxes, if you have enough to get one and if you don't already have one of each item avalible in the boxes

im not sure how to help you further, i was done the first day of the event and don't recall how to get the boxes to come up
but keep checking back, someone should be able to help you further

1. Go to tab in lower right corner.
2. Tap on the tab
3. Look for tab that shows gift boxes (usually the one on the left.
4. Tap on the tab
5. You will see three boxes with gift choices. Choose one that you can afford (1000, 1500, or 2000)
6. The box will explode and you will receive a random prize.
7. If you have enough vouchers left, go back to step one.

You won’t see anything if you already own all of the eligible items.

I guess I have everything since the purchase tab dose not have it and the event tab only show when the gnome is ready to play again

Well, this is fun... EA has found a new way to ignore their premium players. I (and my wife) have everything on the list already so we NEVER saw the mystery boxes. The very few items that I need (offered before I was playing) are not on the list so, basically, I threw away donuts when I bought these things when they were first available. What a great event....
