Go into your friends list from Origin and you can see how long it has been since they last logged in. I just dumped a bunch who hadn't been on for over a month.

I say release gremlins in friends towns because if they tap the gremlin, you get 2 goo and friend gets 2 goo. A win win situation. If they don't tap, you get 4 goo.
