How bad is your lag?

I have a lag on my iPad Air. When the camp fire clears it goes into slo-mo for about 30 seconds and I just have to wait. When I tap on terrors there is a brief lag whilst the reward pops up and another when the reward collects. It's irritating. Visiting takes ages moving between neighbours with the added frustration of the game closing after every half a dozen or so visits.

I only have an iPhone 4 which used to work fine until the monorail event. Now I can't even get into the game on it.

I'm not going to spend £600 on a new phone just to play a game. It seems pointless to play events and earn stuff only to have to put it into store.

Playing on iPad Air and The game lags constantly ...started with this event. I have to wait at least 30 sec before I even get past the splash screen. When I try to scoot around town it moves slowly and then all of the sudden it will fly over across town. It's getting to be really annoying. I have 4 monorail stations with 4 different trains on individualized tracks. I'm wondering if that mightbe the reason, but I refuse to take down my monorail when I spent so much time putting it up.

I have to admit, the lag has made me stop playing as much as I used to because it's so irritating. I also have not been frequenting my friends on a daily basis which is so unlike me.

inexcusable lag when finishing jobs that drop SH items, Monorail items, or Halloween items. Started happening in the monorail takedown update. Drops to about 1 frame/sec.
I don't even tap nightmares anymore, since I don't need them. Only if I have time/patience to deal w/ the lag.

The lag on my iPad is HORRIBLE. Really not fun game experience. Zero -- ZERO! -- lag on my Android phone. The tradeoff is the smaller screen on the phone. :(

I also get the lag after job manager.
As well as after tapping the campfire when the kids are done with the story/hearing the camo story too

I've put all my SH buildings in store irrespective of their upgrade status and response times are much, much better. It was taking 3-4 seconds to clear a single nightmare, now it's almost instant. Shame to loss the XP bonus the SH buildings apparently gave but the lag was getting crazy.

I don't know what this says about the way my mind works... but I saw the title of this thread and immediately thought of the Bee Gees.

Oh and in answer to your question, my lag is terrible. It all started when I updated to iOS 9. Before that it played like a dream.

I was having some lag on my iPhone 5s, but I just upgraded to a 6s plus and having zero lag now

Lag on both Samsung phone and tablet for THOH and monorail items.
No lag on clearing buildings and jobs though.
Lag is so bad that it's like watching bad stop-motion animation. Because of this 1-2 second lag, sometimes I don't even see the friend's names when I tap on the formless terrors they sent. Tap. Lag. Lag. Lag. Poof.

My old iPad mini is lagging horse sprints, but on my brothers new iPad it looks flawless. I guess my iPad mini is too weak.
