Maximizing Blueprints?

I honestly do not know if it's more advantageous to do this or that with the railyard. I've asked my secretary to look into this but she's always on her damn phone and not working like she should be. Maybe i need to have her start documenting this stuff in excel. I'm not in the office today; took the day off for the update, but my bet is she's doing her nails or texting instead of doing what I asked her to do. Course she needs my phone to get the official data. Sometimes I think she just goes through my pictures and contacts.
