Because Gamezino was blinded by greed enough to make such a brazen move on TSTOTips there are now hundreds, possibly thousands of people called to action and actively reporting Gamezino. Silver lining: now if you search Gamezino, there is lots of negative threads on them.
Exactly...anyone who does a search for Gamezino will now see a laundry list of negative comments. Hopefully, this will discourage people from using them and hurt their "business".- I was checking out gamezino on scamadviser and they now have an untrusted rating.
I also left a comment on it for tstotips, if more people did the same maybe that will have a poor rating too.
Edit: Thanks to pharrah2003 for the idea of looking at scamadviser. - I don't for a second believe anyone thought this was legit. If you did, you deserve what you get. And also my cousin is a Nigerian prince and needs help transferring funds to the U.S., he will pay handsomely for anyone who helps him.
- I'm still dubious of alot of things relating to this - but it's only from a ohhhhh scandal point of view.
The current prevailing thought is that Gamezino made Tony C give up the website in some mysterious legal battle. There is no situation that I can think of that this would happen at all - Even if there was it would be a US Federal legal battle and there would be some sort of record (serving of papers, notice of proceedings, summons).
This would also not happen while Tony C was out of the country and I believe that change of ownership laws maybe tax laws would be invovled.
There also appears to be some dubious tax behaviours by gamezino. - I'm thinking that the whole motivation behind this brazen move is to grab as much cash as quickly as possible, because I am sure there is a ticking clock on how long these people would have been able to operate. I am sure EA hasnt been letting this go, as this business must be eating into their profits. It is only a matter of time before there is some type of court action, and the people behind Gamezino know this. They will make as much as they can, hide their money and take up residence in some country where the U.S. Legal system cannot reach them, if they have not already.

I'm fairly sure that there are no countries where US doesn't have extradidion treaties anymore. The only way they could get away with it would be claiming asylum and it would be unlikely that Gamezino would recieve asylum in any country for crimes of this nature.pinklittlebirdie wrote:

Clearly there is an international agreement of some kind.
Because Snowden would only be relatively safe being protected by another (semi) Super Power. It's not just the U.S. legal system that wants Snowden, it's the U.S. Government and all it's entities, NSA, CIA, etc...
If Snowden leaves the protection of a country like Russia, he is likely to be either killed or kidnapped by some clandestine representative of the USA.
Edit - or a drone, for that matter
