EA really need to find a way to help players who only ever played this on a mobile or tablet so there's no Console ID or EA purchases to use as proof, just in app buys and game details which don't seem to be accepted as security answers even though they should.
If the help desk were to ask what your registered email is, your Origin ID, how much cash have you got and how many sprinkles ( and accept a near answer rather than to the last cent ), when you started ( to the nearest event ), what level you're on and what was your last in-app purchase ( accepting None as an answer if that applies ) it seems reasonable only the genuine account holder could answer questions like this
