I'm not sure what you mean about daily quests from the monorail. There are daily challenges and weekly tasks for the monorail. While they appear in the same menu, the daily challenges are separate from the monorail.

Did your game reset to the beginning? Sometimes you have to play through the first stages until you get neighbor visits. Then you can access the button to login.

Maybe a screen shot of the problem will help us to understand what your problem is?

Sekvoya translates to sequoia or redwood.

I kinda think he means both Mr. Burns' Money Mountain (the mountain that burns) and the Giant Redwood, but I have no idea what the problem with them is.

Unfortunately, there is no specific support for Tapped Out in Russian.

Kinda frustrating. Hard to understand what the problem is and no guarantee that the OP understands any of our responses, poor though they may be. He just keeps re-posting the same message over and over.

A pic might help. I noticed the OP used "clicked" instead of "tapped". Maybe the OP is still trying to use bluestacks?

I don't think anyone here can help you beyond basic troubleshooting advice and, despite your last experience with them, EA Support are probably who you need to be dealing with. My advice is to try contacting them again (and again and again and again if you need to) until you get in touch with someone who at least understands what your issue is and can respond to it beyond sending you to a forum. As helpful as the people here are, we are simply other game players and have no ability to access to your game or correct a system glitch.

Before spending time dealing with EA Support I suggest the following basic troubleshooting tips to see if they correct any of the issues you are having with your game. One of them may work to correct something, or not, but these are the first things EA Support has always told me to do when trying to solve a problem with my game. I'm pretty sure the order is irrelevant to problem-solving, they just become more drastic and time consuming for you:
1. Close the app and restart it.
2. Power down your device for a few minutes and restart it.
3. Log out of your Origin account and then back in. If you are playing without and Origin ID, set up an account.
4. Uninstall and reinstall the app on your device. If you do not have an Origin account associated with your game do not do this step.

Good luck with recovering your game progress and bug fixes.
