OK, next event should be Simpsons GO!
And the whole event is outside for three weeks.
Or the next event should be dunkin donuts themed and if you go to dunking donuts, every donut you buy gives you 20 in game donuts and at the end of the event the person who bought the most donuts get unlimited supply of in game donuts.
Yeah....donuts, yum JKoBenzed wrote:

Sweet idea, although I think Steven may be right on this one:bluntcard wrote:

Why do people get so easily offended by everything now days. it's just a game
Better question: why do people get so easily offended by opinions that are different than their own?
"Im offended that your offended at my being offended"
I told that to a co-worker one day just for the heck of it we were messing around, but it is true people get a lot more easily nowadays i dont know if its because of the large PC culture that is spreading, or the simple fact that people can voice there opinion more easily and to a larger audience.
Issue here is it isnt that violent.
IM using the movie rating system, its not R for blood, its not PG-13 for suggestive sexual content or swearing, at most its PG the only guns are On Cyborg Snake, the closest to suggestive content would be Charcoal Briquette Heck Maggie fights by bouncing, The Scoutmaster fights by throwing GIRL SCOUT COOKIES, Homer fights by throwing pies!
The violence isnt even close to the golden age of cartoons (my favorite)

While i respect your opinion i believe that more important changes can improve the overall feeling of this game. - OP, I see... I'm not really sure how to react. The obvious reaction here is that you're ridiculous and that's what the majority of the responses are. I feel like I probably side with them more than you. But you're just expressing your opinion. I guess most of us are desensitized to violence, such as growing up with Looney Tunes or everything else that exists today. The level of violence here seems very minor in comparison. I never thought that we didn't have that kind of violence in the game. Maybe you're right. But the violence often never even connects, and as quoted below, they're always fine at the end. It's all digital as it is, and they're yellow people... Yeah, sorry, can't do it. Can't be even tangentially on your side.

True.
Just remember you aren't really killing the felons. They'll come back in four hours just as healthy as always. Battles are like exorcise for them :lol:bluntcard wrote:
TSTO is all outside, already. Next idea. :P

And the whole event is outside for three weeks. - In the casino event there were players that objected against sending "gamers" to the casino. For some reason that seemed to be more accepted than this, since a lot of tappers agreed.
I don't really care - it's a game, but some part of me don't like with the fighting either. - Everyone is entitled to their opinion. Thankfully this is the world some of us live in that we are allowed to have an opinion.
As for the OP your opinion is clearly valid but I completely disagree. It's a game.
The words used such as murdering etc in your post are simply ludicrous. - LilJonny64 just change your perspective - nobody is getting killed, tapping the criminals is like catching them and if the 60s *boff* *zap* Batman style fights bother you then use the quick fight fast forward arrow in the upper right hand corner and you wont have to suffer them at all.
- 4junk3000New SpectatorThis is an interesting thread.
I'm sorry to read the knee-jerk negative responses to your concerns. Try to ignore them. EVERYONE'S entitled to an opinion, even you.
However, if there's something you don't like in the game, you are welcome to NOT PLAY IT. There's no requirement to utilize the game features which offend you. Anything can be stored if you don't want it for your town. You don't have to complete the actions you find offensive.
But -
Asking developers to limit their creativity to meet your personal needs is awfully self-centered. Because while you may be offended by simulated violence, there may be many players who prefer games simulating violence so they don't have to participate in REAL violence. As well as people who simply aren't offended by things animated. There are many different players.
SO -
Reconsider asking the world to accommodate you, and instead modify YOUR OWN life to fit in comfortably.
In this case, taking a break from the game, or simply not participating in the fighting activities, or by STORING THE ORPHAN ALLEY?, should be sufficient.
Happy, er, peaceful tapping! - I read the OP and came here to say what others have said....the felons are not killed, just tired out and they recover for next battle.... just like pokemon do !!!
But.... then i started thinking.... and i do get the OP i really do!!! After all, in pokemon, you catch "animals" from the "wild" by fighting against them until they are exhausted. You then imprison them and force them to train so they can be pitched in battle against others for the glory of the "owners". Dear god..... replace the animals with human slaves and its the novel "Drum" !!!!!!!
