Right now they're on a 1 hr "Stain the Walls" task which will pay out $70 and 17 xp.- Almost there. Can't wait. Fitz (MAoS) would be delighted!

According to LPN'S walkthrough the first task requires either the Coconut Babaloo, the Maison Derrière or a Brown House.
