- I think the complaining is warranted. Yea it's free, you don't have to play, blah blah blah, etc but at least put good prizes in the Yellow Boxes.
Busting your butt to get a couple pieces of fence sucks. - This event trumps Whacking day as the worse event ever. It seems so tedious. Do so much work to get fences. The white easter fences might have some use - I've found uses for them - but I have more than I will ever use. And the rainbow colored ones are ugly and come in too few of number to be useful.
My rage is mostly towards the stupid egg piles. What purpose do they have? At least the fences can be hoarded and used later and have a purpose. The egg trees and the egg piles are just ugly and useless.
I've lost 6 friends to date and I did not start adding friends until December. They just quit playing and there are no more items to tap in their towns. - I think I'm out, they have one more major event for me to stay, should it be based on gambling again that will be it.

People have been leaving this game all along. Most of my neighbors started before I did, Sept 2012, and over time I have lost at least a half of them. I just made a post about it recently. I don't notice mass people leaving amongst my current neighbors. And I think a lot of people are saying they are leaving probably are not.
Personally I think for every one person they lose, they probably pick up two more. I went over to their Facebook page and just from one post, there about 16000 add me threads. I think they will be alright.
Exactly - there are a whole lot of people on here complaining about how terrible this game is, but they must have extremely miserable lives if they have nothing better to do than to keep playing this terrible awful rip-off of a free game. I lose neighbors pretty steadily and it isn't in response to a specific event or update (or lack of update) - some take a couple weeks or months off and then come back, some seem to leave permanently. I try to add mostly Level 39 players these days, as they have stuck with it long enough to progress to the top level and are probably more likely to stick around.dave3490 wrote:
Woohoo!
Another complaint thread, keep them coming people, they are much warranted and deserved
EA, are you listening?
Another player walking away because of this BS Easter event, with its ridiculous odds, crappy prizes, broken features, and much more
THIS is what your stupid event is doing EA, pushing players away, long time premium and freemium players, AND newer players who don't stand a chance of getting close to the good prizes.
I hope your happy EA, your sarcasm and constant ripping us in the game, your lack of common sense, your greed and your lack of compassion for your customers are costing you business
I can see now why you have been awarded worst company before
I now am going to place my hands together creating a noise that is slow and sarcastic, and add my favourite sarcastic term
Bravo EA, bravo... Clap, clap, clap
Haha damn Dave you beat me to the punch!
It's funny that since day one I think I was the first person who made a massive complaint thread about this and EA hasn't even looked at it, and now we're halfway through the event and still EA is sitting there quietly. They need to understand there's no way in hell this is gonna just blow over, and they're horribly wrong if they think the people who defend will be enough to keep this game going if the core players leave. (For those who are gonna tell me don't threat just do.... I'm not threatening to leave!)
At this point it's a joke. Maybe someone should tell EA April fools can only be done on the first of April not an entire month...- I'm trying to stay positive and enjoy the event, but after my pink box gave me enough gold eggs to try the gold one, since forever, I needed all the restrain I could master not to throw my ipad across the room! Pastel fences! :x
I don't even like those fences! mcduck90 wrote:

You're not suppose to settle for a half * job! If a company such as EA screws something up people must talk out. They have the power to change it, people just need to stop being scared to speak up or better yet stop kissing EAs worthless *. I'm almost certain that if everyone and I mean everyone complained about how messed up the machanics of this event were they'd change something. But no people always have to defend these stupid companies who only see those people as dollar bills. I hate to say it but we deserve what we got from EA.AJtheboss1 wrote:

Of course we do. I admire the developers for the good job they are doing but the greedy side is always apparent ad lately it seems like they have decided to literally milk us. If things were fair old players would get better chances and the game would be enjoyable not stressful. Also when someone has spend real money in an event you would think that they would at least respect that.
EA is a corporation. They want profit and they are not afraid to demand it. No matter how ridiculous they seem every time they give as a new premium there are people who are going to buy them. AM I the only one who remembers this game being on the borderline of reasonable about a year ago?donisbatman wrote:
Hey, keep complaining! This event really does suck. I believe they do to some degree respond to the forum whiners. I also believe that this is in part a punishment for all the whiners about going thru another Whacking Day event. Let me say thanks a lot to them. I started playing in Sept. last year, enjoyed Halloween, enjoyed Christmas, and was looking forward to Whacking Day. Whiners asked for change and got it.
Actually, I doubt if messages on these boards matter much. TSTO is likely monitored to the hilt. They know how many Easter prizes are displayed and how many stay in storage, they know how much time we spend in the game, they know how often we visit our neighbors ... They already know what percentage of us started the Easter quests, and what percentage gave up. They can see through TSTO traffic reports what's happening.
If you really want to change the game, there's one sure fire way: Stop buying donuts. If their revenue falters, they'll pay closer attention to the metrics that suggest player frustration.- Well now, thats quite the debate I got going in this thread.....certainly didn't intend that!
Basically, EA think nothing of us, pay us no attention and laugh at us.....yet there are still those who say :-
"Thank you sir, can I have another?"
Laughable.
Stop buying donuts, stop playing for a while - thats what will get their attention.
and thats what I'm going to do. Had a LOVELY day today, paying no attention to this game whatsoever - twas FAB!
