CG screwed up JarJar event

The shield generator only starts with 10 stacks instead of 20, making it nearly impossible to beat T1 (and potentially other tiers but haven’t gotten there yet) without god-level luck and good rng. To screw up an event that so many of us are looking forward to is atrocious
