terrible lag since update
Same here... I think my Martin was stuck so I stored the library to free him... this alleviated the lag slightly but it is still really bad and bordering on the unplayable

They wont fix it. You will either have to remove some items from your town, get a device with a faster processor i.e. a tablet, or maybe play during the down times like early morning.
