Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

Before last patch I had the tourists in my store, but now they're gone. I didn't know they were playable, that's why I didn't buy them at first.

Hope they come back, It'll be an instant buy for me. :)
