If you jumped on them straight away, then you probably missed a patch i noticed, i originally had all the odd text and the opportunity to buy them but held back as i didn't wanna pay 60D on NCPs when i only had 68D....put my guys on 60m tasks and went out the game to come back to the forum, found out about the three playable characters with two paying premium ...went back in to purchase them but had a 'Downloading Updates' thing that went into a spinning doughnut in a little black box which usually happens to me when i get a patch, clicked the game and they were gone, it was literally a few minutes after the download ...(I'm showing 4.25.6 if that helps) ... When i went back in after the 60m tasks were due, it did the 'Downloading Updates' thing again and i thought it might be the tourists coming back and it wasn't... Originally thought it was something to do with airport tickets but it turned out they'd gone and come back because i had all my people on tasks
