Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

I never got them either and now there's the sports stuff in the store. Total drag, I really wanted them. This sucks. Very unhappy, not that that matters.
