Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

@meinaz I was gone for awhile so I never even saw them in my game. I hope they'll be able to fix them...sounded really cool that you could somehow switch them to different characters? Worth the wait. :)
