Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

SERIOUSLY I thought a night in bed and being away for twelve hours because of work and having my tea would've passed the time and they'd be here now.... is their plane delayed or something *checks news for any French air traffic controllers strike*
