Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

All three Brazil costumes are here. Tasks breakdown like 4hrs-France 8hrs-Japan 12hrs-Brazil. They all have a 1hr task to shop at QEM and a 24hr one to Stay in Budget Accommodations (they misspelled accommodations) if you have the Sleep-Easy Motel (Miss Springfield's building)
