Tourists... Where are they? (The purchasable ones)

I got a pop up message for TSTO that the Tourists were purchasable in store. Being the completist that I am I logged on to purchase them but they're not in store. I did the Destination Springfield ...

What makes it worse for me was the fact only had 68D and was not as trigger happy as everyone else, but within minutes they had gone, just as I got the news of other people on here about how good a deal it was...

Gutted! :'(

EDIT: For the record, I didn't get any notifications.. I just happened to be here and on the app store page at the exact moment the update hit and went live so downloaded straight off the bat
