This you need to think like a computer, the need the exact spelling how ever the game id's them - Did EA's helpline change to a bot system? I hope not, bot systems are basically useless.
- Thinking like a computer sums it up really. Not all EA employees will be familiar with the game, so they'll have to use (presumably) some sort of searching tool to find what they're looking for.
Since there are likely now hundreds of currencies that have been used in the game, they probably can't see with their own eyes what is what, and so they rely on what information they have to be accurate. I may be sensationalising the process a little, but... - I agree with the thinking like a computer and that not everyone is familiar with TSTO game entirely but than why do we have to choose TSTO to file a claim?
I sent just sent them a reply spelling everything out like when my daughter was a child  , so we'll see what happens!
Also like how the response completly "glazed" over the 3 donuts that I didn't recieve this morning for completing Maggie Game.
I give EA a lot of credit for a quick response and in the past they have always made things right in these situations but, that response made me laugh :!:
thanks for input, very helpful. My entire Monday has gone this way! direwolf987 wrote:

It sounds as though fastshadow is using EA Helps e-mail contact method, in my opinion the least useful of the three available.KrustyBrand wrote:

I've had good luck using it in the past, quick responses and they always have made things rightfastshadow2 wrote:

Do you mean 200 or have you lost robot parts from other places too? Daily challenges can pay out 250 future bucks but only 100 robot parts. I hope you do get your compensation though OP as this is the hardest currency to collect, I myself have lost around 900 robots parts through the game messing up by not leveling up the printer and also by crashing during sci-fighterfastshadow2 wrote:

Obviously, ymmv, but my experiences were fraught with difficulties. My primary gripe is that, however quickly EA responds by e-mail, that response time is going to be slower than it would be if the problem were being handled via chat or phone. This time issue is made all the more frustrating given the overwhelming propensity of EAs first-line help staff to recommend the usual solutions that most users will have already tried. In general, I just find it quicker and easier to get past this first round of non-help when using the chat or phone contact methods.aidx1054 wrote:
