Seeing as I love to argue semantics...
I don't want to receive any anti-Semitic attention, since thats not my Springfield... I think it's more about reading the context. Obviously the person meant for it to be a symbol of Nazi persuasion, especially since this "decoration" was created during the Halloween event and is surrounded by lynched skeletons.
