I am not sure what I am doing wrong it keeps telling me that I cannot connect to the servers no matter how many times I close the application and sign back in. Keeps giving me the code (4.68.5:29:105105-ee22146f-b4fb66c3) the last time it did something like this was during the Great Burnsy quest and I wasn’t able to get back in until it updated and the quest was over. Has this happened to anyone else and or do you have the solution?
Do you play as anonymous or logged in to an EA Account ??
If it's logged in then for that code, with 105105 after the 2nd :, I'd suggest you uninstall and reinstall.
If it's a 0 after the 2nd : it will usually sort itself with a few retries.
DO NOT do that as anonymous, it deletes the link to your game data and your game will be lost. If you have the Mayhem ID it can be recovered, but it's a faff.
I am having the same issue, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and this error keeps coming up. It went through the update, but still can’t get on.
Find out how to locate the app and close it in your device's Recent Apps or Settings.
Once it's fully stopped try again.
Only ever hit the Retry button once, if it doesn't work fully shut it down before trying again.
If it keeps running in the background it might not sort that issue when you next try.
Also of note, make sure it's the genuine version from the actual App Store for your device, anything else is asking for trouble ... ( sometimes people do do daft things, so that's just in case )
I'm having the same issue as of all day yesterday. Been playing this for like 11 yrs. Hate when this happens. Not going through all this uninstalling and stuff. Hope I can complete this quest. Surprised Idon't see a lot of posting about this issue. Is TApped Out tech support still alive. Tapped Out being ran by AI now? Lol.
