Game crash’s

Hi, has anybody ever got a resolution from game crash’s.  My simpsons tapped games crashes every time and won’t let me in. It just brings me back to my I phone screen homepage. I have tried to log in off different phones and still no joy.  I updated my I phone to the latest iOS. I update the game. I turned on and off my phone. 
EA just send me a link to do all these options again. I had to spend years building my game and now all of a sudden it’s just gone.  
any help appreciated
