Missing buildings and character

Hi,

After saving up donuts, traded them for 3 prices via the Yearbook mystery box. Ended up with 2 buildings with characters and 1 decoration. Everything disappeared overnight. Neither the donuts, nor the items were present in the game. So down 90 donuts and 3 items.

I check storage, reinstalled the game, nothing. Anybody else encounter this?

    @Falcondriver1990 It seems like a synchronization problem; Did you at least go to the nearby area, before closing the app (the best would have been to return to the city)?

    The game may not have synchronized the game progress online!

    Curiosity: are the 3 awards present again IN THE YEARBOOK or have they disappeared?
