Progress Lost, Buildings Disappeared and Donuts Lost

I purchased donuts and was progressing in the game until one day a bunch of my buildings disappeared and my level dropped from 39 to 38. However my donuts spent on the yearbook mystery boxes were still gone.  

I contacted EA support and was told this would be resolved quickly and have been patiently waiting for over 10 days now...

To quote my transcript from the EA advsior:  " Do not worry. All the contents are showing there on the account and the most recent back up of your progress is also showing level 38 only. To investigate on this, I will report this case to the team along with this case so they can investigate on it. This would be resolved very soon." 

Please get this fixed!!!
