I've done the hard reset again on my Xbox I've thinking maybe something was updated.... Hard resetting didn't fix the problem which I knew it would.. If this problem is still going on by Saturday, who do I need to speak to about a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous - Anonymous12 years agoYeah I'm at the point where I'm about to ask for a refund. When I first got this game I was able to play online twice. It's been WEEKS now that I haven't been able to play. Please, admit there is a problem and you see it and are working on it. If this doesn't get resolved/acknowledged soon, I feel there will be another class action lawsuit on EA SPORTS's hands.

i agree , im about to ask for a full refund, i was able to play for a great amount of time and then all of the sudden the game stops letting me play online. ive had this problem for 3 days now. i purchased my game digitally which xbox says is non refundable. i bought a game that is broken? that is non refundable wtf? i will be contacting somone.

i just called ea for some support, they transferred me and then hung up on me.
I fully believe they have no idea what is going on. IMO, they underfunded the game, had to cut features and testing, and now they have this problem. Because it is not affecting a majority, it is not the top priority to get fixed. There is a reason EA was rated the worst company multiple years. I don't want excuses, I want someone to admit they know there is a problem, a time frame on a fix, or I want my money back. Its real simple, you tell me what your product can do, I pay for that product, you fulfill what you said it could do. You are not fulfilling your end of the agreement.

im in the middle of contacting customer support *special team* lets see what they have to say and see if they can fix my problem. if so i will post it up here

so far nothing, he has asked me to power cycle my xbox, and to clear my mac address. after that didnt work he escalated the case

http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-uo-trace/ download this tool and take the steps that the website tells you and see if your getting packet loss and missing some hops to the ea servers. maybe we all have this problem? idk i have noticed a few of us are using fios and maybe it has something to do with this. isp blocking
- They asked me to do the same, and then put the responsibility on my ISP. I'm with Time Warner.
I'm having a hard time believing this is on my ISP's end as I can play other games. Other EA games too.
Something is up.
