Championship mode with more customization options and weather not equal each cha

Granted that apart from the lag problems and the AI bug I am really enjoying the game, there are two things that I think should be added
The first is the possibility to have more options for the duration of individual rallies in the championship mode 12 stages per rally would be perfect in my opinion
The second is that the weather can't be the same for every stage every new championship.
I don't think it would be very difficult to put dynamic weather or the option at the beginning of the championship to choose what kind of weather you want
Third thing is that you need the possibility in create a rally to use an official driver and not your driver with an official car.
At this point if you have to use your driver by choosing an official team you should be able to use your race number and see your name on the car with your own flag and not that of an official driver
