Screen Tearing and FPS Drops on PS5
Across more locations than are listed in the original post - Estonia, Finland, Portugal, Japan and more. Seems particularly egregious when there are buildings or fans around the stages.
This is at its worst when driving, occasionally when at high speed or when getting to a busy section of multiple corners.
Also effects performance on replays, during the non driving moments before a stage etc.
This is terrible, glad I don't preorder games Unbelievable that it was released in this state.
