Delete automatic car restoration

EA, another suggestion. If you crash a person race must be over. If you go outside track, dont make automatic restoratión, some players want to fix the issue by themself. Leave the option " X key to restore" if you want, or turn off car engine if they go to far, but please do not auto restore the car. feels like android game when you do that.

No offense, its a great game, but after played all the racing-simulation games, i feel that with minimun effort the game could be ever greater. You must to copy more things of Richard Burns Rally in my opinion.

For now, the game feels less than dirt 2.0
