Hey guys.I bought the game in the presale 4 days ago on the EA app. The EA app litteral says that the game will be unlocked at the 31.10.2023 at 05:00 .We have the 31.10.2023 06:06 and the EA app says that I need to wait untill it's unlocked. What can I do?Thx....

It's fixed...I needed to uninstall the EA app and install it fresh on a new harddrive.... Now I finally can start playing...

@Bastifly Not sure if it will work but go up to the top left, click the three lines then help and then click app recovery. Let me know if this works as Im also unable to access the game

@Bastifly Ok, it must be an issue with the app. May I also ask you to send a ss of what you see when you click manage on the games page?

@Bastifly Ok thank you. I might not reply for a few hours as Im heading back to bead now but as soon as I wake up Ill let you know what I see versus what you see. Fingers crossed this will be fixed soon

My Steam game has been saying the same (app cannot unlock yet ... blah blah blah wait until 3 Nov)
Just a short time ago I exited Steam and rebooted and now it is decompressing from 71gb to 84gb and it say the season 1 vip dlc is installed.
Hopeful this means now working ... A whole day of early access wasted though because you guys did not properly test and get all your sh*t in one sock ! Bloody frustrating !!!
