Hot seat mode added to the game

You could add hot seat mode for local playing where you can set up multiple players running the same stages on their own turn. Would be great to create local championships with friends and not have to do it manually with excel adding the times of each player together :D 

Possibly add this to multiplayer so we could watch our friends run through the stages if we wanted to.

There was already apparently a topic (https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/Hot-Seat-Mode/m-p/12983215#M150) about this done a Month ago, but not in this section so I added this thread.
