More evidence of the shortcuts that the developers have taken to get the game out.
The game lacks immersion. The spectators we have are fairly static, the environments lack a lot of life and the road textures all seem a bit samey from one country to the next, where they are the same surface. I'm sure the gravel appears different from one country to the next. EA WRC is all very cut and paste in that raged.
There's stages in Dirt 2.0 especially Germany where at the start there's probably hundreds of spectators placed with animations etc, surely they could do that in wrc

I think they should use 3 kind of spectators in 3 rows depending on their distance to the track
1st row: full animated ppl (less)
2nd row full anim ppl with pauses
3rd row: static ppl without animation (most)
