Menu toggle for start countdown lights

Please add a toggle in the OSD menu to remove the huge start countdown lights (the HUD ones, not the in-world ones) from the screen.

For some players, this is immersion-breaking and they would rather just have the countdown from the co-driver and the in-world starting lights.

A simple on/off menu option in the OSD menu should suffice.
