Merge WRC2 and Rally2 car leaderboards

It makes no sense having two leaderboards (time trial) for WRC2 and Rally2 - please merge them. WRC2 is the championship, Rally2 is the car regs. The time trials are only concerned with car specs (Rally2) so WRC2 is redunant and fragments the leaderboards.

The game already does this as can be seen with the video attached. If you select a target time in the time trial menu and it shows a Rally2 car but switches to a WRC2 livery of the car.

Conversely, there should be no car classes WRC anyway, it should be Rally1 and Rally2 etc. Sorry for rambling I haven't had coffee yet. Ask PJ, he knows what I'm talking about.
