More basic video options (fps limiter, dlaa-only, sharpen/rcas-only at native)

Hi, I'd like to suggest a few more options for the basic video options menu:

  • Expose the UE frame limiter as a menu option (GameUserSettings.ini/FrameRateLimit=).
This is very important for users either wanting to flatten frame pace, or stay bellow gsync/freesync limits without resorting to exterior limiters or adding latency  with just vsync used alone.
  • For DLSS users, add an option to select DLAA only, for users wanting to use native resolution without upscale but still benefit from DLAA.
This could be a preset called "DLAA" following the "Quality" option, listed inside the "Upscaler Quality" presets when DLSS is enabled.
  • For FSR users, add an option to stay at 100% (native) resolution, but still be able to use RCAS (fsr's sharpen slider) as it's excellent to unblur native UE's TAA.
This could be a preset called "Native" or "RCAS" following the "Quality" option, listed inside the "Upscaler Quality" presets when FSR is enabled.
  • If missing the RCAS-only option above, at very least expose UE's sharpen option for users wanting to use native resolution without an upscaler to unblur native TAA. But an RCAS-only option for FSR without up-scaling would be superior.

Thank you

Would like to see all these features, especially the framerate limiter. But even after over a year we haven't gotten any of these features. Not only that. The framerate limiter option in the GameUserSettings.ini has completely stopped working after updates leaving exterternal fps limiters as the only option for VRR users. This is bit weird since almost every monitor and even some TVs support VRR these days and it is the best way to get low latency image withouth sreen tearing and with smooth frame times. However with externel limiters extra latency is added to that.

Freely selectable framerate limit should be a standard option for every game these days I think.
