Push 2 Talk should be mandatory

Question

I tried the multiplayer rallies and was utterly annoyed by people who leave their mic on, while their wife, kids, dogs, chainsaw, bathroom, dishwasher, foodmixer, TV, Music, aliens, axe murdere talk and make noise in the background.

so PLEASE .. make it MANDATORY that you need to push to talk.

I had to disable voice chat because of this.

Had the same experience. Started my first multiplayer and some dude is blasting music with an open mic. Disabled voice chat since I didn't feel like trying to figure out which guy was the offender and haven't re-enabled it since.
