Agreed on everything you wrote. It almost feels like driving on slicks. The grip feels excessive and the moment you lose it with the rears the snappy oversteer occurs. I have tested many RWD cars in the game and it's a problem no matter the engine (before somebody suggests turbo lag) and no matter the engine placement (before somebody suggests front engine placement cars might feel better). I don't think it's uncontrollable, you can go fast and it's not that hard to correct the slide, but the problem is it doesn't feel realistic. It's pretty much a binary state- you either have grip, or you lose it (when you correct it you go back to state one-grip is regained in an instant). Harpins were the biggest disappointment for me and handbrake implementation in the game is also super weird and unnatural (I have tried playing with setup, nothing helps, seems to be inherently flawed because of grip threshold problem).
