CORRUPTED SAVE!

Help! My saved game file can't be loaded.

It says: CORRUPTED SAVE: 2A522156 - 6522DF69 - CF228F62

 

Today, I logged into Steam on another computer and played for a while. When I got home and logged into the game again, it told me my profile was corrupted, and it couldn't be restored or reported. Any help?

    Generally a corrupt save or profile is not recoverable. 

    You may need to start over with a new save game.

  • This kind of situation has happened multiple times, and I've had to recreate the profile twice already.

    Whenever I run a game on a different computer, it tells me that the profile is corrupted on the other one. But before I start the game, the save status on Steam is always up-to-date.

    Is there any way I can avoid this issue? Does this profile relate to an EA account or a Steam account?

    Hey there,

    Is this happening only with EA SPORTS™ WRC or is it happening with other titles as well?

    Hi guys, this is happening to me in Grid Legends. And I can't create a new profile. I'm unable to start the game, how can I fix this?

  • For me, this is the only game that has happened so far. I don't have any other EA games on Steam.

    I think I may not be the only unlucky person with this problem. I love this series. Hope your team can find the cause of the problem soon, I can cooperate with you to do testing.

    Hey there,

    Do you get a message similar to this one?

    Content Not Installed Message

    If that is the case, can you select the option of "remove content and continue" and see if this fixes your issues with the saves?

    Hopefully this fixes your issue

  • yes, I just selected “Remove content and continue” option.  Hope it will fix my problem. Let me check on the other computer tomorrow to see if the same problem will occur. Thanks
