Game won't load

Windows 11.

Bought the game on Steam, would crash after showing the splash screen.

Tried all the things suggested, wouldn't work.

Refunded on Steam, re-bought the game on EA play, same exact issue.

Followed all the proposed "solutions" but it will not go past the splash screen

Any help?
