I keep losing my moment times!!!!!

i run a moment and set a good time and the game says oh its failed to connect and your stuck on the screen hitting retry forever because it never reconnects, or you hit cancel and it just boots you back to the moment screen with your time lost. and i know its not the server because once you hit cancel, you can immediately access it no problem whatsoever.  im so over this game between the bsod everytime i play to now it wont even keep my time. i'm done playing this. congrats ea!!! you made a fan of this game, hate it. two thumbs down

    same problem here. it's only for specific Moments. irritating

    Have this aswell. Incredible annoying to drive one of those multistage challenges and use your evening to complete one -> this error pops up and it was all for nothing. Just makes me not want to ever play this game again.

    Quit the current moment, and restart it from the Main Menu/Moments screen.  You won't lose your progress and this eliminates the bug until EA get's off their *.

    Trust me,

    This has worked for me every time and i've got almost 300 golds, not a brag, but it's because i was able to restart and Complete stages.

    EA just needs to fix their game that they broke.
